Planning & DevelopmentRodney Langley is Planning Director for the City of Darlington. Mr. Langley previously was City Manager for the City of Darlington for 15 years. Mr. Langley retired in January, 2010. Mr. Langley returned to work for the City of Darlington in February, 2010 as Planning Director. He is married to Judy Langley and they have two children and two grandchildren.
