Directly submit your requests to Duke Energy by following this link.


Alternatively, you can e-mail details concerning the outage to the city.  Indicate if the light is completely out or is coming on and off.  Important: Please put "Street Light" in the Subject line of the e-mail.  Reports are made on a regular basis to Duke Energy, which is responsible for the lights.  Please allow at least one week for replacement to be made.
